Tried this place for takeout lunch. It in a former street car refurbished as a diner. It used to be a pizza place and maybe a Italian Beef sandwich place. It has been fixed up very nice right on West 7th. Clean, warm and cheerful. The food was excellent. I had RahMN. Spicy but not over powering. $20 and shareable. There are other options. It has a bar. These folks have invested in this place. It's the kind of small business that makes a city special. They deserve your support. Friendly and efficient. I will go back and review readers should check it out as well. I am pretty sure you will enjoy it

Went to Tori this past week for lunch and ordered the vegetarian com saw me da, my son ordered the same but with chicken. Both bowls were delicious. The perfect spice level for my son and a little too spicy for me but the flavor was amazing so I finished it anyway. The eggs were perfectly cooked and so good. The only thing I wish was I had noticed there was a tofu option to add a bit more protein. I think it would have kept me feeling fuller for longer. A note: they prefer cash over card so there is a fee for cards. Not a big deal but if you can bring cash it will save you just a bit!

Ya man I've been to just about every Ramen spot in the twin cities and greater MN this spot is great. They have mild chicken flavors and melt your face hot (Fire shoyu). Atmosphere is a 10, service was on point. Haters will say the wait is too long but this is made on order so be patient lil gremlin.

Tori Ramen is one of the best places for ramen in the Twin Cities, and one of the tastiest, coziest little restaurants on West 7th. The location is like something out of a dream: an old street car, filled with surprisingly ample seating, winding vines, tasteful decor, and welcoming energy. The staff are personable, friendly, and attentive. Everyone we talked to was super friendly and happy to talk about the restaurant. They seemed really passionate about their business and the work they do there, which says a lot about the place. The food was absolutely divine. The ramen was perfect, almost indescribably so. The noodle texture, the broth, the seasoning... Chef's kiss. I had the Bali and my partner the Korean. It was a really nice pairing, the creamy spice of the Bali with the savory Korean. So delicious I am salivating at the thought now. On that note, we had leftover broth and alongside packaging it up for us to go, they even have extra noodles available to add later! I will be enjoying my lefovers later and have no doubt they will hold up. We shared a blueberry lemonade alongside our ramen and we're very glad we did-such a simple drink but made well and so refreshing on a hot summer day! We would and will be coming here again. Always remember that your money is your vote. Spend it on the places that treat you well and leave you feeling like a welcomed guest. Tori is definitely one of those places and though it might be a bit on the spendier side, it does the work to earn it. Much love to Tori Ramen 🔥🍜

As someone who’s very picky about noodles, I’d honestly rank Tori Ramen in the top 5 ramen spots in the Twin Cities. The space is small and dimly lit, which gives it a cozy, almost private feel. The menu is very simple, just ramen and drinks, no appetizers. Unlike many ramen places that use pre-made components and serve food super fast, this one takes a bit longer, so a little patience is needed. I ordered the Korean duck ramen and was genuinely impressed. The broth was rich and deep, the duck was incredibly tender, and the noodle texture was just right. Definitely worth the wait.

what a treasure of a ramen place. a converted street car. they have a large summer patio, beautiful interior. plenty of plants in beautiful shape. has a classy airy relaxing atmosphere. Their custom cocktails are spectacular. the menu is compact but delicious. the cucumbers which is their specialty appetizer are fantastic and a great way to start the meal. Beware you are at risk of becoming a regular

Got dinner here after the wild game. The ramen was tasty and they offered a nice hot sauce for additional spice. While the food was good, I have to note that the service was alright. I noticed that our section seemed to be lacking consistent attention. There was one point when maybe 15 minutes had passed without a server entering our section. That was frustrating for our table and another nearby which was ready to place their order. Once we did get a hold of a staff member they were very helpful and kind.

Came at the end of lunch rush on Sunday. The place is insanely cozy and warm. We sat in plush chairs and enjoyed the ambience! Our server was kind and patient as we looked over the menu. I chose the salted duck ramen. I was a tad hesitant as this would be my first time trying duck but they threw it out of the park. The broth was both rich and bright with citrus and herbs and the use of dill helped elevate the duck. The noodles were perfectly chewy and offered a nice bounce. For a quality bowl of ramen I didn't think 22$ was that crazy to ask. Additionally they have a slight fee for using card so in the future I will be bringing cash. This place is ideal for smaller groups, I didn't tour the entire place but it didn't appear to have a huge seating section.

The food was soooo good. Service was pretty good as well I can’t remember all that we ordered. One item was a vegan special they had going at the time which was good. I know we ordered the cucumber appetizer and it was so good (I was worried about it being spicy but it was the perfect level of spice). We ordered the cold noodles which were good but it our favorite. And then we both ordered the same ramen, I think it was Korean, and that was great as well It was a little odd because we had one server and then someone else would come over and they seemed to be our server as well. They would even come over one right after the other and ask us the same question (one came over and we said we may order another drink and sit for a bit and then the other came over after and gave us the bill). It was odd

The salted duck is amazingly tender and I absolutely loved it but it could be considered an acquired taste. Portions were very fair too. Atmosphere is so unique, and the lemonade was top notch. Service was also great, I really appreciate our server going above and beyond to explain the menu to us in detail. Will return!
