Yum! Delicious. So happy that I discovered this gem. So far I've ordered take out online twice & looking forward to trying more of their foods. I've tried their Chicken Salad Sandwich, Smothered Pulled Chicken, Slow Roasted Pork, Yellow Rice, Crispy Yuca, Red Beans, Black Beans, Sweet Cornbread, Green Sauce, Red Sauce, Habanero Vinegar & I've enjoyed all of it. Highly recommend!

I'm not sure how or why I haven't eaten at Brasa until yesterday afternoon, but what an excellent lunch. Seated outside, we ordered using the QR code to pull up the menu, order and pay. Lot's of selections and a very easy method to order. In a matter of what seemed like a minute or two, our drinks were delivered followed shortly thereafter by our food. The food was excellent. I ordered the Chilaquiles topped with a sunny side up fresh farm egg and my friend ordered a sandwich that came with chips. 10 out of 10s. The chicken in my chilaquiles was most and plentiful. The bright golden yoke egg was a nice addition. His sandwich was made with an excellent roll and the meat had a great smokey flavor. We skipped the chips so I can't comment on the same...though they were part of my dish, smothered in verde sauce. I will be back...soon.

I forgot how truly delicious the food is at Brasa. I needed to pick up food for an event, and decided to get take out. We started with the fried sweet plantains, really caramelized and yummy. They are served with an interesting green dipping sauce. Lovely. We had the pulled pork sandwich, which is served with pickles and green sauce. The meat was so tender, and the accomplishments really complemented the pork. I absolutely adored the smothered chicken sandwich, which is served with red sauce and coke slaw. My goodness - this was DELICIOUS! They both came with house made tortilla chips - these were just as yummy the next day! I enjoyed the butterscotch pudding also. The only slightly negative note was the chocolate cake, which was dry despite the whipped cream and topping. I heartily recommend Brasa, in particular that fabulous smothered chicken!! You can eat in, or order for takeout also.

We've been frequent customers for over a decade. The quality and consistency of their dishes are amazing. The collards w/ smoked chicken are without equal and I'm from the south. And if that weren't enough, the portions are most generous, which makes dining at Brasa an excellent value. Dine in, take out, or delivery, you won't be disappointed. Thank goodness they're not downtown!

Have loved eating here and getting takeout for years. Recently picked up an order when coming back into town from a camping trip and my wife remarked how this is the best takeout around and always satisfies. Leftovers keep well too so it’s just as good the next day. The collard greens with smoked chicken are my favorite side; they put most other collards to shame. Douse them (and your chips) with the hot pepper vinegar to really make them great.

Great chicken, great pork. Acceptable plantains. Accepting that everyone has bad days, my experience with the wait staff was that they seemed somewhat annoyed that I had come there for a meal. Everything was correct, and brought to the table quickly, so mechanically the server was good. They just had a little more disdain for customers than I prefer.

The entire menu looks amazing! It was hard to choose! Ordered chicken chilaquiles verde with a side of yucca fries and fried plaintains. The green sauce is so incredibly good. Everything was cooked perfectly. Service was great! Attentive but not overbearing. Atmoshere was busy but not distracting or unpleasant! Absolutely will stop here anytime I am in town!!!

Very tasty. We enjoyed the pulled pork sandwich and the chicken gumbo. The flavor options were interesting and completely different to give lots of delicious options.

Truly unique dishes like I've never had anywhere else, I had one of the chicken bowls, my customer had the pork bowl, the Yuca fries with the green sauce were awesome, the sauce was so good I bought a bottle to add to dishes at home.

Stopped in for lunch and was very impressed with the food. Collard greens were delicious as well as the smoked beef. Hard to find this good of smoked food in Minneapolis for a reasonable price so definitely will be back. Can’t recommend enough.
