Saturday Dumpling Co. started as a frozen dumpling company during the pandemic and grew into a beloved fast-casual restaurant with multiple Minneapolis locations. The Northeast location at 519 Central Ave NE is the flagship; a second spot at 5401 Penn Ave S in the Armatage neighborhood opened in 2026.
