About

Hi Flora! was a fully plant-based, alcohol-free concept built around Minnesota's legal THC beverages, from Chef Heather Klein of Root to Rise Kitchen. It operated briefly in the former Common Roots Cafe space at Lyndale and 26th before closing in December 2024 amid regulatory challenges facing THC dining in Minnesota. Dreamstate Cafe subsequently opened in the same space in December 2025.
